Stress Relief Through Energy Psychology

We all need stress relief from time to time. Whether it's the need to unwind after a long day, or the experience of always feeling anxious, Energy Psychology can be applied to helping relieve the feelings of stress, nervousness or anxious feelings.

In this session we'll be discussing what is Energy Psychology and some of the common methods used, such as EFT. This will also include a (voluntary) group participation. You will leave feeling more relaxed and at ease with life.

I See You, I See Me

The core teaching of this class will be on the theory that when we see aspects of another person that trigger us emotionally, what we are really seeing is aspects of our own Self that we feel the same way towards.

 When we see someone that really annoys us, we are actually annoyed by that same aspect within our Self. When we see someone that makes us angry, we are actually angry at that same aspect within our Self. When we feel bothered by someone, what we are really bothered by is that same aspect within our Self. And so on, and so on, and so on, ...

We will discuss how the Energy of the emotion felt towards other people is a mirror of Energy trapped within our own Self. We will review how to release this trapped energy in order to improve our relationships, and to live a more free and fulfilling life.
